The 2025 Ron Palmer & Erroll Parker Summer Sports & Academic Camp will take place at Browning High School (2180 Obispo Ave., 90804) and will run from August 4th through August 7th (Monday – Thursday) from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. See the daily activities below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thank you to all the students who have registered so far. Spaces are filling up fast!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We have been getting some questions, so here is a brief overview of the camp day:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7:45 Students arrive. Parent\/Guardian initials the log sheet and receives important information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8:15 Daily Camp Briefing<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8:30 – 10:00 Students attend one math class<\/p>\n\n\n\n

10:00 Snack<\/p>\n\n\n\n

10:15 – 11:45 Students attend one entrepreneurial workshop . <\/p>\n\n\n\n

11:45 – 12:30 Lunch and free play in the gym.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

12:30 – 2:00 Students will attend a Life Skills Class, Video Production Class, Creative Writing Class or Jewelry Making Class depending on their age group. Each group will attend each class.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2:00 Afternoon Break for Water and Snack<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2:20 Sports Skills Camp 1st Session<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3:30 Water Break<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3:45 Sports Skills Camp 2nd Session<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4:45 Closing Briefing<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5:00 Students depart. Parent\/Guardian will initial the log sheet and receive important information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

*5:30 – 6:30 THURSDAY August 7th<\/strong> only: multi sports skills contest<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Staff are on campus to facilitate the program and ensure a safe, fun camp experience for all students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
